Congratulations to Peggy Linski on being recognized as the September 2019 FCPS Cares Recipient of the Month for Region 5 by the Department of Human Resources. Congratulations, Ms Linski!

Below is the write up submitted by Ms. Sarah Mahan, an FCPS colleague of Ms. Linski. 

I am a new librarian at Edison High School. Peggy Linski (Head Librarian at Woodson HS) came over on her own time during the summer to help me set up the library at Edison. She spent countless hours helping me weed the collection, sorting, and tagging the fiction section into genres to make it easier for students to find books they love. She also mentored me on the best way to set up the library to create a welcoming, safe space for all of Edison's students. On behalf of Edison and myself, I want to thank Peggy for freely giving her time during the summer to help another school and another librarian create a great library space for the school.
