September 10, 2020 Back to School Night
Welcome, W.T. Woodson High School Parents and Guardians, to our first virtual Back to School Night. Tonight you will be able to listen to messages from our School Board members and our Principal Dr. Floyd. You will find links to your child's teachers back to school night videos within our departments sections below. Please make sure you have your child's schedule, either from ParentVue or have your child log on to their StudentVue, so that you can access the course and teacher names. Tonight you will be accessing pre-recorded videos so please sit back and enjoy our virtual back to school night! (Minus the running from class to class within the changing time 😊) Go Cavs! #oneWoodson
In addition to the Virtual Back to School Night videos posted this evening, parents will have the opportunity to meet teachers virtually during two Virtual Open Houses on Monday, September 14th from 8-9 AM (for Odd Day classes) and on Monday, September 21st from 8-9 AM (for Even Day classes). While we cannot make these Open Houses about individual students, if you have questions regarding the curriculum or you just want to say hi to the teacher, please stop in. Teachers will send links to the Virtual Open Houses by mid-day Sunday and they will come from their Blackboard sites similar to the way you receive the weekly agenda for the class.
If at anytime during the year you would like to have a parent-teacher conference, please contact the teacher directly or your student’s counselor.
