Parents may report an absence by using our attendance form below or by calling our 24/7 attendance line at 703-503-4800.

This online attendance form is to be used to report absences that are for 3 days or less.  If your student will be out of school for more than 3 days please fill out the pre-arranged absence form in advance and turn it into the attendance office at least 5 days prior to the intended absences. 

This attendance form is only valid if submitted using a parent or guardian email recognized by the Student Information System (SIS).

Are you submitting a full day absence, a late arrival, or early release?

Will the student be returning to school?
If reporting an ill child, be sure to include symptoms, especially if they have fever, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, and/or cough. If your child is diagnosed by a healthcare provider, please include that information.
